Pricing

Where possible we provide a price range up to a fixed maximum for the labour component of service.

Parts are an additional charge once the problem is diagnosed.

Where it is not possible to provide a price range for labour, specific problems are charged at $90.00 per hour (including GST).The charge is calculated in fifteen minute increments ($22.50 per quarter hour).

After the first hour, the ongoing rate is $75.00 per hour including return visits.

Xansoft does not charge for travel within the Melbourne suburban area and surrounds.

Diagnostic Tools

We use diagnostic software and test equipment from PC-Doctor Inc for fast and accurate analysis of hardware problems.

Small business

For a business with multiple computers a maintenance plan will be developed for your approval. There is no charge for this service
